First recorded in 2017, InstruMentalization was mixed, mastered and released in 2021. The album is a multi-genre Electronically Orchestrated, Eclectic Rock type, instrumental compilation. It's a body of work composed, recorded and produced as part of a new series of multi-genre instrumental pieces which are titled according to the composition at hand. It represents a different direction in that "the usually strong lyrical style was abandoned here to showcase just the music this time". In this album the attention has turned toward composing, yet remains close to the signature "Classic Rock vibe". A sequel to this album is currently in progress.

Co-Produced with Vinnie Zummo (of The Joe Jackson band), "Chasing Better Days" is an expression of various common themes on life. Song after song is threaded with an array of material which creates a character almost cinematic in nature. With themes that range from a heroic tribute to lost love, and from hope and healing to disappointment, the album attempts to maintain a silver lining. Though it's supported by the eclectic sounds of Rock, Roots, Americana, Country, Orchestral, Pop, etc., the overall music remains stylistically influenced by the Classic Rock artists of Noe's psyche.

"Sacred Place" is a song that was written and recorded in the aftermath of the September 11 tragedy, paying tribute to victims, survivors, first responders, rescue workers, volunteers, police and firefighters. It bears witness to the grief, gratitude and sense of unity that developed amongst complete strangers, both local and from afar, who offered their need to help in any way they possibly can, and reflects on the dichotomy of those shared emotions. This recording consists of vocal and acoustic guitar by Tony Noe, with slide Dobro riffs contributed by fellow New Yorker Vinnie Zummo.
"Rescue (acoustic version)" is an Americana Rock ballad that pays homage to civilians and military personnel who risk and sacrifice their lives in order to save and protect others. It begins generically, then travels through time from September 11 and eventually pays tribute to the World War II generation. This is the original acoustic version, that was recorded at the same time as "Sacred Place", however it was later re-recorded, orchestrated and released as part of two other projects. Special Guest Vinnie Zummo performed the faux Pedal Steel Guitar.
